MRockola is a program that tries to mimic the operation of the old jukeboxes, offering the ability to play back video, music and karaoke files. MRockola is an open source project which can be downloaded for free, and changed at the discretion of each user.

The functions of MRockola include the ability to play karaoke tracks with the music and the text you want to go singing along to. The karaoke tracks are usually mp3 + g, og + g and wav + g (music plus lyrics). But MRockola also supports video playback in AVI, FLV, WMV, MPG, etc, as well as MP3, OGG, WAV, AAC, MP4, and more.
